Instacart: Deal Week
The Situation:
Instacart was preparing for its bi-annual Deal Week, a key part of the holiday campaign, aimed at driving sales by securing major retailers’ participation and offering exclusive discounts to meet revenue targets.
The Task:
I led creative production for CRM and in-app campaigns, collaborating with stakeholders and retailers to secure participation, while ensuring seamless execution and alignment across teams to drive engagement and sales.
The Results:
The Deal Week campaign drove $13.2M in revenue, strengthened retailer collaboration, boosted Instacart’s holiday campaign success, and reinforced its market position.
